FSRS is a fully equipped oil spill response company who advocate a pro active approach to oil spill prevention whilst also providing a range of booms, skimmers and operational technical know how.
We maintain tier II capability and are an organization in compliance with US coast guard requirements for an OSRO.
As well as OSR services we also provide AMPD (Average Most Probable Discharge) contracts to various shipping companies operating around the Middle East.
We provide a professional solution for oil spill emergency response, design and installation of oil barrier systems as well as risk assessment for environmentally sensitive areas, commercial facilities and the leisure industry.
FSRS has contributed materials and manpower to a number of incidents in the region and is recognized by both the Government and the private sector for provision of materials and services.
In the field of Oil Spill response, we can provide a service unequaled in expertise, efficiency and available manpower in the region.
In March 2004, FSRS joined hands with DULSCO, which is a Dubai Registered Comapany, to integrate efforts to protect the environment and the sea in particular from oil spillage and its related environmental repercussions.
FSRS in conjunction with Good Wing Aviation based in Fujairah, UAE now offer extensive aircraft related services including aerial surveillance for oil slick tracking and monitoring shipping movements in real time-data linked to control stations.
Aerial application of oil spill dispersants, rapid movement of key personnel such as on scene commanders and oil spill controllers are the examples of emergency services we have to offer.
