Quality Policy StatementIt is the policy of FENDER & SPILL RESPONSE SERVICES Llc that all our products and services shall be of a quality that complies with contractual specifications, legislative requirements and The Company's own Quality Management System. The Management is committed to its Quality Management System. The joint Managing Directors have ultimate responsibility for its effective implementation, and commit the company to comply with its Quality Management System and the continual improvement of its effectiveness. The company Quality Management System complies with ISO 9001-2000 "Quality Management Systems-Requirements". The company activities shall be planned, organised and effectively undertaken using the procedures and processes defined in the Quality Management System. Verification of the System's implementation will be undertaken by personnel independent of the function being audited. The results will be reviewed against the established quality objectives, and the results will form the basis of efforts to continually improve the quality of services provided by the Company. It is the responsibility of all the company personnel, whether staff or subcontractors to the Company, to operate within the parameters of the Quality Assurance System, and to work towards the effective implementation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
