Our hose testing services are fully approved and certified by DNV, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. All testing is conducted at our purpose-built facilities in the Port of Fujairah, adhering to stringent international standards that guarantee reliability, precision, and excellence.

Standard Hose Tests Conducted:

1. Pressure Test (BS EN 1765:2016) Evaluates the hose’s ability to withstand pressure, ensuring durability and safety under operational conditions.

2. Electrical Resistance Test (BS EN ISO 8031) Measures the electrical properties of the hose to verify compliance with static electricity management protocols during transfers.

3. Vacuum Test (BS EN ISO 7233:2021) Optional or required when internal lining damage is suspected, this test assesses the hose’s resistance to vacuum pressure. It applies exclusively to rigid hoses and is conducted only with prior client approval.

Once the testing procedure is successfully completed, FSRS issues a Digitally Stamped Hose Testing Report, powered by Accredify. This integration ensures clients benefit from:
